The International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization--ITD) in cooperation with United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) organized the launch of "World Investment Report 2010" on July 22, 2010 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Bangkok, Thailand. To mark the 20th year of the World Investment Report, we were honored by the Prime Minister (H.E. Mr. Abhisit Vejjajiva) to preside over the opening ceremony and H.E. Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai (Former Deputy Prime Minister) to deliver a keynote speech in this event. The findings of the WIR 2010 was presented by Dr. Ravi Ratnayake, Director of Trade and Investment Division of UNESCAP and Dr.Nagesh Kumar, Director Macroeconomic Policy and Development Division of UNESCAP.
