Becoming ASEAN Community affects every sector to be alert and ready to compete under the context of trade and investment which is changed from old pattern to market connectivity’s pattern. Moreover, using of global value chain, finding material resources and low production cost are not enough for running business now. The entrepreneurs have to connect producing value chain and to connect targeting market in region level.
Republic of the Union of Myanmar is a potential country which is able to support expanding of trade and investment in industrial sector. In addition, it is a big manufacturing base of distributing products and its culture and society are similar to Thailand. The direction of reforming country and the policies which promote investment are crucial factors which help Myanmar looks potential. Therefore, Thai entrepreneurs and investors should study economy, society and culture of Myanmar in order for the opportunity of investment in Myanmar and for the connectivity of trade and investment of both Thai and Myanmar. It will help to grow Thai economy in the future.
