ITD held 3rd training about Economic Law and International Trade : Restrain Dispute and Regulation of Judgment from International Court

International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) held 3rd training about Economic Law and International Trade : Restrain Dispute and Regulation of Judgment from International Court on 16 December 2016 at SD Avenue Hotel Bangkok
Mr. Songtham Poonkasemsap, deputy director of Legal Execution Department, Ministry of Justice welcomed attendants and Dr. Kamalin Pinichphuwadol, director of International Institute for Trade and Development (Public Organization) was a principal and opened the training. In the morning, arbitrator of international trade and investment was described by Dr. Wilawan Mangklathanakul, deputy director of Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign. In the afternoon, legal execution by Judgment from International Court, Treaty of The Hague : Confirming Judgment from International Court of civil and commercial case and Confirming Judgment from International Court : Thai Study was described by Dr. Weena Anusornsena, professor of Faculty of Law, The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. This training expected attendants to bring knowledge, viewpoint and experiences to apply and increase efficiency of personnel to become international standard and push the role of Thailand in national and international levels
