The signing ceremony took place, at The Quarter Chaophraya by UHG, Thailand.<br><br>The MOU aims to promote cooperation in developing paperless trade measures along the R12 route, as part of the &#8220;Improved Cross-Border Paperless Trade Measures&#8221; project.
